Service Terms
This document describes the order and terms of service delivery by AGSK Desktop — an online platform for searching Kazakhstan construction standards catalogs (AGSK-1, AGSK-3, AGSK-4, AGSK-5).
1. Service Description
AGSK Desktop provides access to a construction standards database and tools for creating estimates and specifications. The service is provided electronically via the Internet (SaaS — Software as a Service).
No physical goods are delivered. The service is considered rendered from the moment access to the pricing plan is provided.
2. Pricing Plans
The service offers two pricing plans:
- Basic — free, provided immediately upon account registration.
- Pro — paid (3,000 ₸/month or 30,000 ₸/year), provided immediately after payment confirmation.
Prices are in tenge (₸), VAT is not applicable.
3. Service Delivery Process
- User registers an account on the website.
- Selects the Pro pricing plan and makes payment.
- After bank payment confirmation, access to Pro features is provided automatically within seconds.
- User receives confirmation at the specified email.
4. Subscription Duration
The Pro subscription is active for the paid period — 1 month or 1 year from the payment date. After the period expires, the subscription does not auto-renew; the account reverts to Basic.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time in the Account section. Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability. Users are notified in advance of planned maintenance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control (ISP failures, force majeure).
